Education and Experience
- 1993 – Graduated from Florida State University with Master’s in Science and Specialist’s in Education degrees in Counseling and Human Systems with a focus in School Psychology
- 1998 – Obtained Florida Department of Health License #SS621
- Since 1995 have acted as a consultant to school districts in North Florida
- Conducted eligibility evaluations for a five-year research project (SCERTS) through the Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (FL, GA, CA)
- 28 years of experience in assessing children and individuals for a variety of developmental delays, learning and neurological differences, and emotional struggles in public and private schools and through direct service in private practice

Policies and Procedures
- After scheduling an email will be sent with details about appointments. Online paperwork should be completed prior to the first scheduled appointment. All appointments need to be confirmed at least three days prior to evaluation day.
- Signed consent is required from each legal guardian without exception.
- Evaluations are conducted during a 2-3 hour initial session with follow up sessions being made on an individual basis. Comprehensive reports are written following the final testing day and feedback sessions are scheduled with parents to review findings.
- Copays and full payment for services are due at the initial appointment.
- Please notify the provider at least 24 hours prior to cancelling any appointments.
