multiple settings such as public and private schools, University children and adult clinics, and direct service in private practice

Policies and Procedures
- I offer free 15-minute telephone consultations.
- Online paperwork must be completed prior to the appointment.
- A fee range will be provided upon request, and specific fees will be discussed during an intake session.
- At this time, I do not accept insurance but will provide a billing summary of services upon request to assist clients in filing claims. Fees for services are provided upon request.
- Consent forms must be signed by each legal guardian without exception.
- Evaluations are conducted during a 3- to 4-hour initial session with follow-up appointments made as needed.A comprehensive report will be written following an evaluation and provided to parents at a scheduled feedback session three four weeks after the last evaluation session.
- A 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations.
